My poor, poor neglected blog...
I have finished school (way back in December) and decided I would spend very little time on my computer. So, I have ignored the trappings of life and their semi-regular postings.
With the arrival of summer and the heat lasting all night long, we have managed to maintain our sanity by eating more tuna fish sandwiches than I thought possible. I believe I am growing gills.
I am continuing my search for a new job. With very little luck. I should probably hire a head-hunter, but with my new gills, they may not take me seriously.
We have entered the long 4th of July weekend and these are the things I tolerate...
1. Working on Monday, when everyone else gets the day off. Extra money.
2. Fireworks going off after I have gone to bed. I couldn't sleep anyway.
3. 101 degree days. Blessed air conditioner.
4. High electric bills. Damn air conditioner.
5. BBQ's without friends. They are all on holiday, as they don't have to work on Monday. Freedom to paint with no obligations or plans.
